When You Are Eligible for a Refund You are eligible if: • You request cancellation within 14 days • No tokens have been used • No digital outputs have been accessed 4. When Refunds Are Not Available Refunds are not granted if: • Tokens have been used • Digital outputs have been accessed • The 14-day period has expired • Fraudulent activity is suspected • A chargeback is initiated without contacting support first 5.
