CV-Assistant provides digital services only. No physical goods are delivered.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase unless digital performance has begun.
3. When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are eligible if:
• You request cancellation within 14 days
• No tokens have been used
• No digital outputs have been accessed
4. When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are not granted if:
• Tokens have been used
• Digital outputs have been accessed
• The 14-day period has expired
• Fraudulent activity is suspected
• A chargeback is initiated without contacting support first
