Service Description CV-Assistant provides AI-powered resume analysis and CV optimization services. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. 2. Eligibility Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental or guardian consent. 3. Plans & Pricing Token Pack — €19.99 • One-time payment • 5 optimization tokens • 1 token = 1 full CV optimization • Tokens do not expire • No subscription or automatic renewal 4. Payment We accept the following payment methods: • Credit or debit cards • Apple Pay • Google Pay All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment credentials. If you believe a billing error, duplicate charge, or incorrect payment has occurred, please contact us at help@cv-assistant.com with your name, purchase email, and purchase date. 5. Digital Content and Withdrawal Rights (EU) By purchasing and using the service, you: • Request immediate access to digital services • Acknowledge that digital performance begins once a token is used • Understand that your 14-day withdrawal right may be lost once digital performance begins 6. Account Responsibility You are responsible for: • Maintaining account security • All activity under your account We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, reverse engineering, or chargeback misuse. 7. Intellectual Property All platform content, AI systems, and branding belong to Aura Digital. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or reverse engineering is prohibited. 8. Acceptable Use You agree not to: • Use the service unlawfully • Attempt to bypass token limits • Initiate fraudulent chargebacks • Abuse refund mechanisms 9. Limitation of Liability The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee job offers or employment outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your most recent purchase. Nothing excludes liability for: • Death or personal injury caused by negligence • Fraud • Any liability that cannot legally be excluded 10.
